In many cases, two smaller structures outperform one larger one.

Larger models often grow the scope of the project beyond just the increased footprint. Permitting consultants, structural engineers, and specialized trades may need to be brought in to ensure project success.

This is why we first suggest you explore our bunkie and dojo models.

That being said… if you truly need something larger, our building system was designed from day 1 to expand to 4-bedroom homes.

Our building system starts at $115/sq.ft for a 4-season empty enclosure and can be upgraded to include every component you need in a home.

But before we move forward, it’s important that you understand exactly how it works, what changes at larger sizes, and what the costs are.

When larger models actually make sense

Larger structures make sense when:

• You need ensuite bathrooms
• You’re building dwellings to be lived in full-time
• Permitting is light or non-existent (more on this later)
